What is UtiliTools Calculators

A complete collection of calculators, also available offline

UtiliTools Calculators brings together the UtiliTools Pro calculators catalogue in a desktop application for Windows. You can search among all the tools, organize favorites and quickly return to the calculators you have recently used.

The calculations are done locally on the device. Once installed, the application can use its calculators without relying on an Internet connection; the connection can only be necessary during installation if Windows needs to download WebView2.

Architecture: A desktop application built with Tauri 2 and a static Next.js export. The interface, calculators, favorites, recent items, and theme settings all run locally on your computer.
Important: Downloads are temporarily disabled because we found a startup issue in the installed version. We will enable them again once the build has been fixed and verified.

Guide and tips

Why use desktop calculators if they also exist on the web?

Web calculators are useful when you have a browser and an internet connection. A desktop app keeps the same tools available in Windows without needing to open the website each time.

UtiliTools Calculators brings the UtiliTools Pro catalog to an interface designed for desktop use. Global search, favorites, and recent history help you find tools without browsing through multiple pages.

Local processing is also useful on laptops, while traveling, in classrooms, or anywhere with limited connectivity. Once the app’s resources are installed, calculations do not need to be sent to an external server.

Version 1.0.1 is the starting point for the Desktop calculators project. Future versions may add tools and improve the experience while preserving the same goal: simple, accessible utilities for anyone who needs them.
